No. PESA publishes bookable sessions according to pool and coach availability. A swimmer needs an active paid package, remaining session entitlement and the correct class placement to book.

Cancellation, change and pool-fee outcomes follow the policy configured for the booked venue and are shown before confirmation. A no-show uses the lesson entitlement. If PESA cancels a session, the booking is released and any required refund is flagged for administration.

When a session is full, an eligible swimmer may join its waiting list. If a place becomes available, the next eligible family is notified and receives a limited time to complete the booking and any required online pool payment.

Submit the online registration form. A family may include several children in one application. PESA reviews the application before account activation. Registration does not create a paid package or guarantee a swimming session.

The system uses the swimmer's age and approved placement. ABC and ASC use their matching category. CSC swimmers book their current CSC age group. ETC is an internal progression that requires the applicable CSC skills and evaluation.

Current package durations, session allowances, prices and promotions are shown in the app. Sessions should be completed within the selected package period.

Unused sessions normally expire with the package. During the permitted request window, the guardian or adult swimmer may request a validity extension or carry-forward. Approval is not automatic and depends on the configured eligibility rules.

Renewal opens 10 days before the current package expires. A renewal bought early starts after the current package period so that the package periods do not overlap.

Yes. Eligible package purchases or booking lines for multiple swimmers can be combined into one checkout. The payment provider displays the payment methods currently enabled for PESA.

Pool-entry payment rules are configured for each venue. The applicable payment method and amount are shown before a booking is confirmed.

When an online payment requires a refund, the app flags it for PESA administration. PESA completes the refund through the payment provider and records the external reference before the app marks it as completed.

Coaches record attendance, notes and applicable skill progress after attended sessions. Reports that require independent review are shown to families only after approval. Attendance-only classes do not use session progress reports.
